VAN HOOMISSEN, Judge.

Defendant appeals his conviction for direct criminal contempt. He contends that the trial court's order finding him in contempt is defective on its face. We agree and reverse and remand for further proceedings.

On June 14, 1982, defendant, an attorney, was representing a client at a sentencing hearing in circuit court. He and the prosecutor recommended that defendant's client be placed on three years probation, subject to certain conditions...
