The above-entitled matter came on for hearing before the Honorable Margaret A. Mahoney, Judge of Bankruptcy Court, on November 2, 1984. Specifically, the Debtor objects to fees claimed by the secured creditor BarclaysAmerican/Business Credit, Inc. (Barclays), pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 506(b).
