JASPER E. JONES, Judge.

The defendant, Louis White, was indicted on one count of aggravated kidnapping in violation of La.R.S. 14:44 and on three counts of aggravated rape in violation of La.R.S. 14:42. He was found guilty on all four counts by a unanimous twelve member jury and was sentenced to four consecutive life sentences. Defendant appeals his convictions and sentences relying on one assignment of error.
