This is an expedited appeal by the United States from orders entered January 12 and February 1, 1984 in the United States District Court, 579 F.Supp. 652, for the Southern District of New York (Weinfeld, J.). The orders suppressed the post-arrest statements of Luis Perez, a suspect in a conspiracy to distribute heroin, who had moved to suppress the confessions claiming that they were the product of unreasonable...
