DeBRULER, Justice.

This is a direct appeal from the conviction for child molesting, a class B felony, Ind. Code § 35-42-4-3(a). Appellant waived jury trial and the case was tried before the court. Appellant was sentenced to a fifteen year term.

Defendant raises three issues on appeal: (1) whether the trial court erred in finding the five year old daughter and the ten year old son to be competent witnesses in spite of their age and defendant's allegation...
