Plaintiff-appellant, Reverend Jules Thomas, Jr., appeals from a Summary Judgment granted by the district court on November 2, 1982, dismissing plaintiff's suit against defendants for nonpayment of benefits on a mortgage disability insurance policy taken out by appellant with appellees. We affirm.
