The plaintiff-appellant, Marlon Louis Fowler, appeals a final judgment entered by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama in favor of the defendant-appellee, Blue Bell, Inc., on Fowler's claim under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. 42 U.S.C.A. § 2000e et seq. We affirm the decision of the district court because we are unable to find clearly erroneous its conclusion that the nondiscriminatory reasons...
