This appeal results from a trial court judgment for damages arising out of an intersectional collision between an automobile driven by plaintiff and a truck driven by Edward Hynes, one of the defendants. As Edith Spencer was proceeding along a boulevard, a favored roadway, she collided with a truck being driven through an intersection by Edward Hynes.
