Plaintiff brought this action against the defendant, his employer, under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. [Title VII] alleging that his discharge for violation of defendants "no-beard policy" constituted racial discrimination because the policy has a disparate impact on black males. Plaintiff alleges that many black males, including himself, suffer from pseudofolliculitis...
