STOKER, Judge.

Defendant, Geraldine Fruge, was indicted for the crime of theft in excess of five hundred dollars, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:67. She was tried before a six person jury which found her guilty as charged. The trial judge sentenced her to five years at hard labor.
