She assigns as errors that the court (1) denied her motion for a judgment of acquittal; (2) refused to give her requested instructions on eyewitness identification; and (3) denied her motion to waive Lane County Circuit Court Rule 7.010 (requiring that motions to suppress be filed within 15 days after filing plea of not guilty),...
