Defendant was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a movable with a value in excess of $1,000.00, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:68. He filed a motion to suppress physical evidence seized at the time of his arrest. After a hearing the trial judge denied the motion to suppress, and this court denied defendant's application for writs. Thereafter, on defendant's application, the Louisiana Supreme Court granted a writ and ordered the case remanded...
