Hamblin, are the partners of Sonic Drive Inn of Bossier City No. 1, a limited partnership, and the same parties are the partners of Sonic Drive Inn of Bossier City No. 2, a limited partnership. On September 29, 1983, No. 1 commenced the hamburger restaurant business at 2961 East Texas Street, Bossier City, and on the same date No. 2 commenced the hamburger restaurant business...
