Specifically, we are asked to decide (1) whether the sentencing judge who imposed a term of treatment under the Federal Youth Corrections Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 5005-5026 (1976) (hereinafter YCA) may subsequently enter a finding of no benefit from further YCA treatment, thereby withdrawing the directive to the Bureau of Prisons to provide...
