SEXTON, Judge.

Plaintiff sued as beneficiary to collect the benefits allegedly due under a life insurance policy for the death of her husband, the insured. Plaintiff also sought statutory penalties and attorney's fees. The trial court awarded judgment in plaintiff's favor, granting plaintiff the benefits due under the policy, as well as statutory penalties and attorney's fees. We affirm the trial court's award of policy benefits, and vacate the trial court's judgment...
