Defendant, Ray Lee Henry, was charged by Grand Jury indictment with having committed armed robbery in violation of La. R.S. 14:64. After pleading not guilty, defendant was tried by jury and found guilty as charged. The trial judge sentenced defendant to forty (40) years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole, or suspension of sentence. Defendant now appeals his conviction and sentence alleging...
