The plaintiff, who recovered a jury verdict in a negligence action in which the defendants admitted liability, has assigned as error on appeal1 a portion of the charge to the jury concerning the inference to be drawn by the jury from the failure of the plaintiff to produce an expert witness and from the failure to produce employment records.
