This case is before us on the appeal of plaintiff-appellant, Elenor M. Catalina, from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas sustaining a motion for a directed verdict filed by defendants-appellees, Dale A. Crawford and Larry H. Robinson, at the close of plaintiff's case.

Plaintiff, who had worked for the Columbus Civil Service Commission ("commission") since 1956, was employed as a Personnel Analyst III at the time of the events...
