This appeal concerns claims of contractual indemnity in connection with third party demands and a reconventional demand.

In the main demand brought in state court pursuant to the Jones Act and general maritime law, John Morris, plaintiff, sought damages for injuries sustained while working aboard an offshore drilling rig owned by his employer, Transworld Drilling Company (Transworld).
