On January 20, 1980, plaintiff Caballero Spanish Media (CSM) entered into an agreement with Hispanic Communications Corp. (HCC), the owner of Arizona radio station KVVA. CSM was to act as the exclusive national advertising representative for KVVA in selling advertising time during the term of the agreement, which was three years ending on January 31, 1983.
