NEWMAN v. AREA HOUSING COMMISSION

No. AV-263.

448 So.2d 1236 (1984)

Lida C. NEWMAN, Appellant, v. AREA HOUSING COMMISSION, American Liberty Insurance Company, and Escambia County, Florida, Appellees.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

April 25, 1984.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Stephen H. Echsner of Levin, Warfield, Middlebrooks, Mabie, Thomas, Mayes & Mitchell, P.A., Pensacola, for appellant.

Joe J. Harrell of Harrell, Wiltshire, Stone & Swearingen, Pensacola, for Area Housing Commission and American Liberty Ins. Co.

J. Dixon Bridgers, III, of Carlton, Fields, Ward, Emmanuel, Smith & Cutler, P.A., Pensacola, for Escambia County.

MILLS, Judge.

Newman filed suit against the defendants for personal injuries which she sustained allegedly as a result of the defendants' failure to warn her of an inherently hazardous condition existing in a building owned by Area Housing Commission. The trial court entered final summary judgment in favor of the defendants. We affirm the final judgment on authority of Schoen v. Gilbert, 436 So.2d 75 (Fla. 1983).
