Appellant Megan Kroeger, as her mother's assignee, brought an action against her father, Robert Kroeger, for child support arrearages.1 The trial court dismissed the complaint on the ground that the action is barred by sec. 893.43, Stats., the six-year statute of limitation for an action on a contract.
