Metzler (Metzler), owner-lessor, filed a petition for writ of injunction (Docket # CA-83-1363 of this Court) on August 24, 1981; a temporary restraining order was issued August 26, 1981 and a show cause hearing set for October 13, 1981 on the requested preliminary injunction.
