In these twenty consolidated cases, plaintiff sought to foreclose certain real estate mortgages. The mortgagors were originally named as parties. They defaulted and are not parties to this appeal. Defendants Choy and Wong entered into contracts to purchase the real estate from the mortgagors.1 They appeal from a judgment that specifically enforced a settlement agreement entered into by the parties' attorneys and awarded plaintiff...
