(Self Loader), its debtor, and defendants Wagnon, as guarantors of the debt, for a deficiency under an installment sale contract and security agreement. Defendants' amended answer alleged, by an affirmative defense and a counterclaim for damages, that plaintiff's sale of the collateral after repossession was commercially unreasonable. ORS 79.5070.
