Plaintiff sued to recover for damage to his home alleged to have resulted from pile driving activities conducted on an adjacent lot. He named as defendants the owner of the adjacent lot, the general building contractor and the piling subcontractor. The owner and general contractor filed a third-party demand for indemnification against the piling subcontractor. After a trial on the merits, judgment was rendered in favor of plaintiff against the owner...
