Carol BLEICHE, Appellant, v. STATE of Florida, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE SERVICES, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District.

Rehearing Denied December 17, 1984.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Ken Lange, Miami, for appellant.

Jim Smith, Atty. Gen., and Eric J. Taylor, Asst. Atty. Gen., for appellee.

Before SCHWARTZ, C.J., and HENDRY and BASKIN, JJ.

PER CURIAM.

Finding that the temporary change in custody approved by the trial court as serving the child's best interests did not constitute a breach of the state's obligations, we affirm the trial court's denial of appellant's motion to vacate her plea and adjudication of dependency.
