In February of 1981, Elizabeth Horton Ellsworth,1 appellant, filed a declaration in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, in which she sued Sherne Lingerie, Inc., appellee (hereafter Sherne). The declaration alleged damages sustained by the appellant by reason of the defendant's negligence and strict liability. Subsequently, an amended declaration was filed in which Sherne was charged with a breach of implied warranty....
