This is an appeal from an order granting summary judgment in a medical malpractice case in favor of the defendants Fairbanks Clinic and Denali Medical Services.1 Jackie Kendall, the appellant and plaintiff below, argues (1) that the report of an expert panel was improperly considered in granting the summary judgment motion, and (2) that the grant of summary judgment was improper even assuming the experts...
