This action commenced as a rule by a husband alleging that his divorced wife was in contempt of court for violating the terms of a judgment awarding visitation rights and a rule to change the permanent custody of their two minor children from the wife to him. (One child was the wife's by a prior marriage and was adopted by the husband.) The husband also sought an attorney fee award.
