Plaintiffs are 32 investors in seven oil and gas leases. The promised "black gold" failed to well up in sufficient quantities, and plaintiffs apparently lost their money. They now sue those they believe responsible. Defendants are eleven people, two corporations and one economic entity of an unspecified variety, who were either the promoters of the investment or affiliated with the enterprise in which plaintiffs' money was...
