This is an appeal from an order dismissing plaintiff's complaint for failure to state a claim. The complaint alleged a violation of the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), 15 U.S.C. § 1601 et seq. and Federal Reserve Regulation Z, 12 C.F.R. § 226, because of defendants' alleged failure to disclose the proper finance charge of a certain consumer credit transaction.
