This is an appeal from an order revoking probation.

Appellant was convicted upon his plea of guilty for the offense of burglary of a building. He was sentenced to three years' confinement and required to pay a fine of $500.00. The court suspended the imposition of the sentence and placed him on probation. One of the conditions of his probation, Condition Number 1, stated that he "not commit nor be convicted of any offense against the laws...
