Plaintiffs, Margaret and Ronald W. DuBois, appeal the summary judgment entered in this action for damages for injuries sustained by Margaret when kicked by a horse owned by Harry L. Myers, III, and kept on property owned by Kenna Croquart (defendants). Plaintiffs contend that the summary judgment in favor of defendants was erroneously granted because genuine issues of material fact existed as to whether the horse possessed dangerous or vicious propensities...
