ON MOTION FOR REVIEW OF ORDER DENYING POST-TRIAL RELIEF

SHARP, Judge.

We deny the motion for review of order denying post-trial relief for the reason that although the order was misnomered by the judge as criminal contempt, in essence it is a civil contempt order for which bail does not lie. DENIED.
