This is a suit arising out of three contracts. Atlantic Richfield Company (Arco) was plaintiff below. Exxon Corporation, Marathon Oil Company, Mobil Producing Texas & New Mexico, Inc., Sun Gas Company, Tenneco Oil Company, Gulf Oil Corporation, Amoco Production Company, and Paul F.
