Appellant, Sherman Guy, brings this appeal from an order of the Sebastian County Circuit Court denying him post-conviction relief pursuant to Ark.R.Crim.P. 37. On May 7, 1980, a jury found appellant guilty of promoting prostitution and being a felon in possession of a firearm. Appellant was sentenced to two years for promoting prostitution, which was suspended, and two and one half years for being a felon in possession of a firearm. No appeal...
