OPINION

CLINTON, Judge.

This is an appeal from conviction of possession of methamphetamine in which punishment was assessed at five years confinement. The issue before us is whether an arrest warrant adequately protected the Fourth Amendment interests of Kenneth Roy Hudson, a person not named in the warrant, when his home was entered without his consent and in absence of exigent circumstances.
