This is an appeal from a judgment granting specific performance of a land sales contract with an accompanying equitable accounting. The central issue in this appeal is the propriety of the trial court's order granting specific performance of Stoltz's agreement to sell a certain fiveacre parcel of land known as the Covered Wagon Mobile Home Park to the respondents, Grimm and Taylor.
