Defendant Greater Southeast Community Hospital has moved the Court to compel the plaintiff, Nellie Sklagen, to execute an authorization confirming that plaintiff has waived the physician-patient privilege and enabling defendant to obtain from all physicians who have rendered treatment to plaintiff full disclosure of information they may have concerning plaintiff.
