Appellant, Harry Leroy Kelley, appeals from a judgment affirming the revocation of his real estate broker license by the Texas Real Estate Commission. On March 8, 1983, the Texas Real Estate Commission convened an administrative hearing to determine whether to revoke appellant's license based upon several complaints from members of the public alleging misconduct.
