James Norred, the owner of a pickup truck involved in an accident, is appealing the trial court's decision that the truck was not covered by insurance. The trial court found that the policy had expired prior to the occurrence of the accident, renewal had not taken place, and adequate notice of the insurance company's intent not to renew had been given to the owner.
