The defendant was sentenced to terms of fifteen years and ten years respectively in the Missouri Department of Corrections after a jury determined he was guilty of kidnapping under Section 565.110 RSMo 1978 and armed criminal action pursuant to Section 571.015 RSMo 1978. The trial court ordered the terms served concurrently. He does not challenge the kidnapping conviction, but asserts that his conviction for armed criminal action...
