This is an original habeas corpus proceeding. Relator William Harvey Bowers was ordered to jail by the district court of Lamb County for failing to pay child support. He immediately sought a writ of habeas corpus from this Court and was released on bond pending our resolution of his contention that the contempt judgment is void. Tex.R.Civ.Pro. 383a.
