Claudio Arnold Gonzales appeals from an order denying his application for writ of habeas corpus. He was indicted March 23, 1978 for the offense of delivery of cocaine. In June of 1978 he pleaded guilty to the lesser-included offense of possession of cocaine, made a judicial confession to his guilt and was adjudged guilty. Punishment was assessed at confinement in the Department of Corrections for ten years and a fine of $1,500.00. Imposition...
