Appeal is taken from a trial court order denying the application by Louis Slusky, Trustee, appellant, for a temporary injunction to prevent appellees, Thomas Harold Coley, Jr. and Kathleen Wright, Successor Trustee, under a Deed of Trust, from foreclosing on a 50,429 square foot tract of land and the three-story commercial building located thereon.
