Allegheny West Civic Council, Inc. (Appellant) has appealed from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County entered following our prior ruling and remand in Allegheny West Civic Council, Inc. v. Zoning Board of Adjustment (Allegheny West I), 67 Pa.Commw. 54, 446 A.2d 334 (1982).
