TIJERINA, Justice.

This is an original mandamus proceeding. Relators, Julia Ann Almaraz and Eugene M. Guerrero, seek a writ of mandamus to compel Honorable Eugene C. Williams to vacate his order denying the relators' petition for writ of habeas corpus for possession of their daughter Jennifer Leann Almaraz. The writ is conditionally granted.
