The appellant was convicted by a jury of theft by receiving in violation of Ark.Stat. Ann. 41-2206 (Repl.1977) and terroristic threatening in violation of Ark.Stat.Ann. 41-1608 (Repl.1977). He received sentences of fifteen years and six years, respectively.
