On March 22, 1982 Clinton Cavin entered a plea of guilty to two counts of theft by deception. The court suspended sentence for a period of eight years on the condition that appellant make restitution to his victims in the amount of $66,240 of which $20,000 was to be paid on March 22, 1983 and the balance in annual installments of $5,000.
